Tigard High’s choirs gave a stunning performance in their Spring concert on Tuesday, March 12 in the auditorium at 7:30 p. m. The all girls treble choir kicked off the performances with their three songs, “Alleluia”, “Loch Lomond”, and “Life Has Loveliness to Sell.” After treble choir, Lindsey Bates performed a breathtaking performance to, “O Mio Babbino Caro.” Following the solo was the men’s choir who sang, “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening”, “What Shall We Do”, and “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life”, which struck the audience with laughter and comedy. Senior Jessica Skinner and junior Tyler Griggs followed the boys with their solos, which led to the final performance before intermission by the advanced treble choir who sang, “My Bonny Lass”, “Daar Kom Die Alabama”, and “Festival Sanctus.” After intermission, chorolation performed, “Exultate Justi in Domino”, “Cicut Cervus”, “At the Round Earth’s Imagined Corners”, which sent chills throughout the audience. To end the night, concert choir performed three songs which ended with them giving flowers to choir teacher Mrs. Hale. The crowd was thoroughly entertained during the entire concert which ended in a success for the choirs.
