Tigard JV volleyball team took home a great win Thursday against Newberg Tigers. Final score was 16-14.  Newberg took the first game, and Tigard took the second and third.

The JV’s last home game was a nerve wrecking win for the fans.

“With everyone on the edge of their seats it made the game a lot more fun to watch!” said Laurie Harris, mother. Tigard had some up and down plays, but in the end they worked as a team and made it through.

“Our team is unbreakable,” said Coach Jessica Schmidt.

“The game was so intense! I wish everyone would have seen it,” said Ashely Holzgang, middle blocker.
