October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and to do their share at the pink game on Friday Oct. 28, the Tigerettes are welcoming Synergy and Protegé to perform “Hey Baby” with them at the half time show.

Protegé is the junior varsity dance team and Synergy is the Tigard-Tualatin middle school dance team coached by former Tigerettes and Tualatin’s Modaz dance team members. They perform at youth football games and compete at middle school dance competitions.

Approximately 110 dancers will be out on the field Friday night, spreading breast cancer awareness by wearing the pink shirts that are being sold at the Tiger Cage and green “I am the Cure” t-shirts from Race for the Cure.

Be sure to stay in your seats for half-time this Friday, it promises to be a great show.
