This past Saturday was a big win for the girl’s varsity water polo team. The team traveled to Madras, OR to compete in a round robin tournament that included three other teams: Madras, Sunset and West Point.

The first game, against Madras High School, was a win for Tigard. The second game, against West Point High School, was a tie, so it went into overtime, but about two minutes in, Tigard scored and won by a single point.

The third and final game against Sunset High School gave the Tigard girls another win, earning them a first place trophy.
