STUDD (Stop Tigard Underage Drinking and Drugs) will be putting on a flag football game on Thursday Nov. 7 (a no-school day) at 6p.m.
The game will be held on the football field, but everyone will meet in Connie Jolley’s room 522.
Who can go, though? Even though STUDD club is running it, it is open to everyone and their friends. At the event, everyone will split up in teams and play mini-games of flag football.
Senior Danielle Gedusky states, “I think it is a great way to get to know your peers, whether you’re in STUDD or not.” Since there will be a chance of rain, dress appropriately!
Senior Drew Bankston adds, “rain or shine, I will bring it my all. It will be fun regardless.”
After the game, everyone will go to Shari’s to celebrate. The winning team of the game will receive a free pie!
Junior Kevin Gress says, “I am excited for friends to join for an intense game and to see who will be winning the free pie.”
