Lights! Camera! Action! Tigard High School students are performing an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play, “As You Like It” at the Deb Fennell Auditorium from Nov. 15 to 17.
“We have a really good cast and a really good director,” said freshman Amy Lichtenstein who plays Amiens.
Jane Fellows will be directing Tigard High School’s first show of the year. The play takes place in the 1920’s and includes romance and comedy.
“It so much fun, that’s what I love about it,” said senior Maddie Pederson who plays Rosalind. “Everyone can relate to the show because it deals with unwanted love. I recommend for everyone to see the show.”
Opening night for “As You Like It” is Thursday,November 15 at 7:30 p.m. The cast will also be performing three more shows on Friday, November 16 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 17 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. General admission is $8.
