Almost, Maine is a light-hearted, touching and intimate (in more ways than one!) production that you definitely should not miss.
The story takes place in the small, fictional town of Almost, Maine. In each scene, a small piece of magic occurs that captivates the audience while still complementing the underlying theme of love. It is apparent that the students involved have put in lots of time and effort to make this production worthwhile. The unique black-box seating gives the show a new flare and dynamic that only adds to the great acting, sets and all around decor. Even the lobby is decorated in accordance to the setting, with hundreds of snowflakes and twinkling lights.
Almost, Maine is playing Nov. 17-19 at 7 p.m., as well as Dec. 1-3 at 7 p.m.. Tickets are $8, and can be purchased at both lunches in the commons and cafeteria, or at the door. Keep in mind that seating is limited due to the arena style, so jump on those tickets! It would be a shame to miss this wonderful production.
