Thursday night the Tigard Tigers went against the McMinnville Grizzlies in a varsity volleyball game and Tigard fans had high hopes for a win against McMinnville.

The dedicated fans cheered for the Tigers all night and howled like dogs at the McMinnville players during the first game of the night. Michelle “The Wall” Simmons was cheered on by the fans throughout the night when she repetitively denied McMinnville players the chance of scoring against Tigard.

Although Tigard let McMinnville players score a few times, the Tigers still came out with a clean sweep. All three games of the night were won by Tigard.
