There were many people that auditioned this year, including senior Madelynn Pedersen, “Tigard normally does a lot of comedies, so it’s nice to do something different,” stated Pedersen, “Whether by enjoying parts of life or finding love, this year’s play touches your heart.”

Along with Pederson, senior Nicholas White is returning to the stage and is ready for the experience, “I’m excited to apply all of the skills I have learned in high school and put them all into my final performance.”

The expected leads are seniors Cameron Johnson, Madelynn Pedersen, Margaret Johnson, Nicholas Bussey, Nicholas White, Rachel Cooper, and Samuel Richmann.

“I directed this play 16 years ago here at Tigard and it is a 75 year old play that never gets old,” said Hermanson.
