TIgard High School’s choir program lit up the night with their Winter concert on Wednesday, Dec. 5. Each choir sang 3 songs and there was a solo that divided the choirs. To start the holiday spirit, the beginning women’s choir sang 3 songs, followed by a solo by senior Olivia Everton, and then the men’s choir. After the men’s choir came the treble choir that sang songs: “One for Frost”, “In the Stillness”, and “A La Nanita Nana”, which was followed by another solo by junior Tyler Griggs, who sang a variation on the song “Santa Baby” and came with a few surprises.

After intermission, Choralation entertained the audience with 3 holiday songs which was followed by a solo by senior Juliet Adams who sang What are you Doing New Year’s Eve. To end the night the concert choir performed 4 songs including Carol of the Bells and Make We Joy. Overall the Winter concert was a success and all of the choirs performed beautifully.
