Track storms the season

With spring in full swing, Tigard’s Track and Field has taken over. Up to two hours and five days a week, Tigard is taking their team to the next level as  the athletes advance to more competitive meets. Three meets into the season,  Tigard’s team worked hard t be able to dominate each opponent.

Flashback to the beginning and you can see the promising start of the season when Tigard blew by Canby with boys varsity winning 94-51 while girls varsity won 118 to 26. The second meet against Newberg however was a different story. Though their competitor was tough, Tigard was still able to pull out a win with boys 76-64 and girls pulling by with a 90-54 score. Two wins into the season, and Tigard’s track team holds a bright future ahead of them as they compete against Lake Oswego and St Mary’s on April 15th.
